Overview
Entrepreneurship is a cornerstone of economic growth in today’s new and competitive business environment in Africa. The primary objective of this program is to prepare young business women for the various aspects of business management and entrepreneurship by equipping them with the key skills required in the local and regional markets.
The Entrepreneurship Major was developed in response to the growing need to provide learners with the necessary business skills to establish their own businesses, or to scale their existing one. Graduates will be in a position to successfully assume the risk and responsibility of starting and operating their own businesses, thereby assisting in improving the economic landscape of Eastern Africa.
The Entrepreneurship Major is designed for students who have a demonstrated desire to launch their own venture.
