Akilah is committed to the rigorous collection of data that allows us to measure the impact of our programs. Our evaluation strategy ensures that we focus on providing results-oriented education and training. Some of these metrics will be developed and implemented immediately while others will be relevant once our first graduates have entered the workforce.
Our fundamental mission is to ensure that our students have the skills and competencies to become leaders in their local communities. This will be measured by collecting data on Akilah’s impact on our students, their families, and communities. We will develop a detailed alumni base in order to track and measure the impact on students’ lives.
